Attending a festival
Our festivals are free, all-ages, and open to the public, rain or shine unless we announce a cancellation. Activities such as inflatables, foam parties, and games carry an inherent risk of injury; attendees and guardians take part at their own risk and are responsible for supervising children in their care.
Photo and video release
By attending a festival, you consent to being photographed or filmed as part of the general crowd, and to that footage being used by Agape Events KC and its sponsors on this website, in social media, and in promotional materials, without compensation.
Sponsors and vendors
Sponsorship and vendor booths are offered to local businesses, subject to availability and our approval. Booth fees, benefits, and inclusions are as described on the sponsorship and vendor pages at the time of booking. Vendors are responsible for their own products, sales, permits, and any applicable taxes. Agape Events KC does not take a commission on vendor sales.
Hosting a festival
Venues that host a festival do so under a separate hosting agreement covering insurance, permits, and site logistics, arranged after an initial enquiry through the host page.

Agape Events KC festivals are independently organized and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Kansas City Chiefs or the NFL, even where an event is themed around them.
