HOW IT WORKS
Everybody wins, which is sort of the point.

Getting in is free

No admission, no RSVP, no sales pitch at the door. The activities are free too — bring a little cash if you want food or something from the vendor booths.

Local businesses show up

Sponsors fund the inflatables and the entertainment. Vendors bring things to sell. Either way, they meet two thousand neighbors instead of buying an ad nobody clicks.

Every dollar goes back in

Proceeds are reinvested into the events: the bounce houses, the face painters, the free snow cones.

SPONSORSHIP
Put your business in front of the whole neighborhood.

Two thousand people, four hours, one parking lot. Sponsors get a booth, signage, and their logo on every flyer, post and thank-you that goes out before and after the event. Selling something? Vendor booths are welcome — plenty of our partners sell directly at the festival.

The businesses behind our latest festival.

HOST AN EVENT

Have a parking lot? We'll fill it.

Hy-Vee hosted the July festival and had two thousand people in their lot on a Saturday afternoon. If you have the space and the traffic, we bring the inflatables, the vendors, the permits and the crowd.

ABOUT

It started with one bounce house.

In April 2021 nobody was gathering yet. So we set up a bounce
house, one food truck and about ten vendors in an Olathe
parking lot, and a couple hundred people showed up on a chilly
Saturday.

Five years later the festivals draw two thousand. The formula
never changed: free to walk in, local businesses on every corner
of the lot, and the people who fund the day get to shake hands
with the neighborhood.

Want in on the next one?

Sponsor a booth, sell your product, host at your location, or just come
out with the kids. All four are good answers.

FAQ
Good to know before you come.
Do the festivals cost anything to attend?
No. Admission is free and there is nothing to sign up for. The bounce houses, face painting, balloon art and games are free too. Food trucks and vendor booths sell their own items, so bring a little cash if you want to eat or shop.
Anyone. The festivals are all-ages and open to the public. You don’t need to live in Olathe or know anyone there. Bring the kids and bring a neighbor.
Most run 11 AM to 3 PM on a Saturday in a host’s parking lot around the Kansas City metro. The date, time and address for each one are on its event page.

Festivals run rain or shine. If weather forces a change, we post it on the event page and our
Facebook page.

Community Partner sponsorships are $350 per event, business vendor booths are $175 and boutique vendor booths are $75. Details are on the Sponsor and Vendors pages.

Yes. If you have a parking lot and a Saturday, we bring the festival and the crowd, with no
hosting fee. See the Host page for how it works.
