Agape Events KC (“we,” “us,” “our”) organizes free community festivals in Olathe and Johnson County, Kansas. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our sponsorship, vendor, and hosting forms, and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you submit a form on this site — a sponsorship enquiry, vendor application, hosting enquiry, or general contact message — we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, and any message content. We do not collect payment information through this site.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry or application
- To coordinate sponsorship, vendor, or hosting logistics for a festival
- To send updates about an event you’ve signed up to be part of
- To keep an internal record of past sponsors and partners
Photos and video
Our festivals are public events. Photos and video taken at a festival may be used on this website, in social media, and in promotional materials, including by our sponsors for their own marketing. If you attend a festival, you may appear in this coverage.
